Cuenique is a dj/producer/digital media artist from Chicago, IL. She has always had a passion and a vision for the arts. Growing up in the 90's, she used media and the arts to escape the troubles of inner city life. As an adult, those skills carried on to propel her into the life she now knows in: creating great works that encapsulate the culture of House Music, specifically Chicago Juke and Footwork music,
Her dj skill set includes a plethora of genres from House, Hip Hop, R&B, Dance, Afrobeat, and World Music. She is also her own exclusive graphic designer, audio/video producer, audio/video editor, camera operator and producer, as well as having a love for abstract painting and drawings.
Cuenique is the First Queen DJ at Hip Hop Madhouse on Hiphopmadhouse.com. She manages her own site "The CueNection" as well as host and curator of "The CueNection Radio Show" Tuesdays 7P-9P on WBBC-DB, Chicago 77.3.
